Shipping Discounts

All our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We've redone our shipping discount structure. Here are our shipping discounts:

Orders over $25, get $2.50 off
Orders over $50, get $5 off
Orders over $75, get FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping!

The discount will be reflected in your shopping cart as a discounted shipping rate, and not as a separate line item. You should also see a description of your discount in the notes section of your final invoice before checking out.

Local Pickup

Our studio is located in Calera, Alabama (about 30 minutes south of Birmingham), if you are interested in picking up your order.

International Shipping

Cheeky Maiden is happy to make international shipments. We accept orders via email at missi (at) cheekymaidensoap (dot) com. Please include your shipping address when emailing orders. Payment at this time is only accepted via Paypal for all other countries. Once payment clears we will ship your package!

Timely Shipment

Cheeky Maiden knows how it feels to wait on a package. She always delivers quickly, usually with a two- four (business) day turn around on orders. We ship USPS Priority Mail, so your package is guarenteed to arrive within 2-3 days. A tracking number is provided and will be emailed upon shipment. We recommend that if you are shipping to an apartment or any other area where the package may sit unattended that you request signature confirmation or insurance. Shipping costs will increase with these services.

Damaged Packages

In the event that your package arrives damaged, DO NOT OPEN IT! Do not accept the package and return it with the carrier. This way we can deal with the carrier on your behalf and replace any damaged merchandise. If you open the damaged package, unfortunately there is not much we can do to help!

Carriers

Cheeky Maiden prefers to use USPS Priority Mail, which offers a 2-3 business day delivery service. Other carriers (FedEx, UPS, etc) are an option if you prefer. Shipping charges may change depending on the carrier you request. Please notify us immediately to request a different carrier. We can also provide overnight shipment, etc. Appropriate charges will be applied to your order.
