Read Before 1st Use: Liquid shampoos contain synthetic ingredients that purposefully leave a plastic like build up on your hair. (This is what makes it shine). If you are new to using a shampoo bar you may find that you develop a waxy residue on your hair. The residue is left over from your synthetic shampoo (NOT the shampoo bar) and a natural shampoo bar will not remove this. However, it is easily removed with a "vinegar rinse." Depending on how much product you use to style your hair, you may find that you need to do a vinegar rinse once in a while. (Once was all it took for the Maiden.) The vinegar will act as a natural conditioner and leave your hair silky and shiny!

DIY Your Rinse: Just take a small amount of Apple Cider Vinegar into the shower. After rinsing out the shampoo, pour the vinegar over your hair and rinse it off. Don't worry, the smell goes away as soon as your hair is dry!
